First quilt ever pieced, second to be completed.
This quilt is for ME. It is girly and pink and most certainly to have pizza sauce fingerprints smeared on it any day now. I am insisting on keeping it in the sunroom and using it despite its delicate nature.
Obligatory “boys jumping around on the quilt” photos.
And yes, I did free motion this baby, and hand bind it was well, thank you. I’ve very brave like that.
And thank you to my dear friend Annik for forcing convincing me to make this quilt and pushing me off the quilting cliff. I like it here.
It looks great!
That quilt is amazing! Good work!
Love. Love. LOVE, your color combination. I can see it loved and aged years from now as the grandkids fight over it!
Beautiful quilt and lovely colours. You are very talented!
That is so pretty! I love it. Did you follow any specific pattern, or did you just do random blocks? I’ve never quilted, but I have contemplated it. Do you cut the fabric with scissors, or a rotary wheel and cutting board?
Oh! That is perfect. I LOVE it. You clever thing!
Lovely!
Like! Like! Like! And Youngest Boy’s quilt has stayed remarkably clean so it can be done . . .
I love it!
What a beautiful quilt! Someday, I need to get off my duff and make one too. I have all the stuff, just need to go for it π
It’s beautiful!
Gorgeous!!!
LOL π Glad to be of service. I can’t wait to see what else you make. Your color combinations are always fab!
My stars, that is beautiful! You’ve inspired me to finish-up my kinda’ ugly scrappy quilt so that I can move on to something bigger/better.
Love your colours!
