You know, I think you might win for Biggest Bout of Craziness, mostly because that concert sounds like a lot of work.

The only thing I can think of when things get out of hand like that is that I take a look around and see what can be farmed out. Like the Target trip? I might have considered ordering groceries from Lunds or Coborns and other stuff from Amazon. Then, if anything is urgent, a smaller, quicker trip is made to whatever smaller, local store bags the groceries for me (Lunds is so much more emotionally manageable for me than Target.).

But, whatever. Sometimes life just gets out of hand and it reminds us of where we want to be. I remember you had been reading some simplicity parenting books. Have you done any more with that? I wonder if it might provide inspiration for you?

It's hard, but I have to stop for a few minutes and try to relax, then I make lists: lists of things that are coming up, lists of groceries needed, lists of things that need to be done. After that comes the cleaning. I always feel more centered when my house is clean. Focus on this week. When I feel that is more under control, think about the following week, slowly adding time farther out. Sometimes between the cleaning and focus comes a little vacation - just one day or weekend where NOTHING else is happening, and if I can get out of town, all the better.

How frustrating! Did you already empty your recycle bin on your Mac? I guess you might have done already..
I only use Flickr if I am doing a knit-a-long or something like that. The rest of the time, I use files directly uploaded to word press and keep the originals on my hard drive and back up drive.
